mum returning to work
Published 1 year, 7 months ago in My life.After being a stay at home mum for the last 5 years I am now looking for a job. My daughter has started school this year and I’m looking to get back into the workforce. It is so hard to try and find something in school hours. I still need to drop off and pick up my child. I’ve looked into cleaning jobs, and others. I’ve applied for a few others as well, but what really annoys me is when I get no response. I’m doing all the right things, attaching a resume, and I even have a police check and these people don’t even bother to reply.

Please don’t get disheartened, there are some very rude people out there but you are better than them. You need to get a course under your belt, something to qualify you a little more, how long have you been registered with centrelink? If you are not, then get there! Think about sub-contracting to cleaning work. There is a course to train you to start a business.You don’t want the dole, you want the ability to access free training and after a while you will qualify.
